So many people don’t want to hear this…

Let me guess…

You have decided to change your life around, but somehow, after many months or even years, you are still the same person.

You hang out with the same crappy humans, you eat the same crappy diet, you still drink like a fish on weekends, and you still haven’t changed anything about yourself.

But…you are expecting different results.

HA!!

You lost that game before you even thought of changing your life.

Making the initial decision is only a part of the deal.
On the other hand, EXECUTION of your plan is what creates all the magic and seals the deal.

I see a lot of people giving good advice on the surface, but not many delve into the parts where they talk about sacrifice, pain, and the endless hours spent working on their business.

And I get it. I get why so many leave the HARD WORK part out of the equation. It’s just not sexy!

Today’s society wants everything yesterday, and it teaches people to have zero patience, zero leverage.

The saying, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, has a lot to say about this.

The simple truth is this: if you are not willing to go through the labour pains in whatever you want to achieve, then nothing will ever come out of it.
No other way around it.

You want a six-pack?
Great, what are you going to do about it?

Are you fed up with your job?
Fantastic! How will you get another one that fulfils you?

Is your relationship hitting the bottom of the barrel?
Not awesome! What will you do to get back in the game and help to make things work again with your man/woman?

Your overall game needs to change, and often radically.
You can’t expect a better life without lifting a finger!
You can’t be a winner without entering the draw.

I know there are so many people out there who are uncomfortable with the harsh truths of life. They avoid hearing anything that doesn’t sing in a unicorn language.

For every uncomfortable person, there is another one swallowing harsh truths for breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day. They take risks, make mistakes, improve their communication, better their health, and I could go on and on and on.

The point is, while you are sleeping on your goals, others are smashing theirs with a sledgehammer. Doubling down every time they start the gruelling session.
And this only means one thing for you: you are getting nowhere, doing nothing. Complaining, crying and wishing.

Don’t be that person.

The water doesn’t flow until you turn the tap on and let it flow.

New experiences won’t happen until you go out there and let them in.

Look at life as one big circle. Within that circle, you have floaters. Millions of them.

You are floating away on one of them right now, without much of a direction.

Now…you have the choice to jump on another floater, but you are too distracted by your own floater; therefore, you are not making that jump. Although initially, by jumping on another floater, you’d take the initiative for a new life experience.

But you also are aware that this would take effort, time and energy to jump. And this is where it all begins…or ends. Either you continue with your current floater, or you will make the jump and create a whole new experience.

Choose whatever you like, but don’t complain afterwards. It goes either way.

You learn to create, or there will be something created for you.

Life has a funny way of bringing you all the opportunities. You not seeing them or recognising them is your own doing.

Ready or not.
